We’ve added comprehensive refund support for **Stripe**, **Razorpay**, **Paystack**, and **Square** payment gateways. This feature comes as a direct response to countless user requests, and we’re thrilled to deliver it. Managing refunds has never been easier. Whether you need to process a full refund or just a partial amount for a returned item, you can now handle everything directly from your Paymattic dashboard. No need to switch between different payment processor interfaces. Paymattic has it covered with just a few clicks. To process a full refund, go to **Entries,**search by the user name or email, click on **View Details,**click on**Change Payment Status**and change it to **Refunded** and hit **Confirm.** After processing, the payment status will automatically update to refunded, confirming the full amount has been returned. ![refund dashboard](https://paymattic.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/07/Two-refund-options-in-payment-2-1-1024x834.webp) To initiate a partial refund, scroll down the same page to the transaction details. That’s why we’ve added a dedicated “**Recent Applied Coupons**” section to your reports. Navigate to your reports section and scroll down to find the new “**Recent Applied Coupons**” area. Here, you’ll get comprehensive insights into your coupon usage patterns. You can see exactly how many customers used each coupon, and which ones are your top performers. The best part? You can click on **View Details** to dive deeper into any customer profiles, seeing their payment method preferences, location, device information, and more. This isn’t just about pretty numbers on a screen. This data helps you make smarter decisions about your promotional strategies. Maybe you’ll discover that certain coupons work better with specific customer segments, or perhaps you’ll find that mobile users respond differently to discounts than desktop users.
